CORN PROCESSING MACHINE can process corncob for brewing as the following steps:
First, grinding. We dry the corncob first and then grind it into fine powder by grinder.
Second, blending. We pave the corncob powder on the mat, and then add some warm water and stir it. The water quantity is 50kg for each 50kg of raw material. After blending, we can pinch the material and feel whether there has sense of water and it should have no caking.
Third, steaming. After blending, we put the material into a steamer and steam it for about 4 hours.
Fourth, saccharifying. After steaming, we take it out and pave and dry it to the temperature of 35℃ and then add the distiller’s yeast by the proportion of 3.5kg yeast for each 50kg of material. Then we stir it evenly and put it into the barrel and saccharify it for 18-20 hours. Then we can get honeyed seriflux.
Fifth, fermentation. To make the liquid have good fermentation, we can add some red vinasse and 4 kg of yeast powder after taking it out of the barrel. When the material temperature lowers to 30℃, we can put it back into the barrel for fermentation. The temperature on the first day during fermentation can reach 33℃, then lowers from the second day. And it finally reaches 27-28℃ on the seventh day when it is taken out of the barrel. Then we can extract it for steaming.
Sixth, distillation. Before steaming, we should seal the steamer and compel the material to brew by airflow. During steaming, we can use high-temperature fire at the beginning, then keep warm fire, and finally use high-temperature fire again to steam for 15 minutes. Usually, we can brew distilled spirit 10-12kg for each 50kg of material. And the white spirit has the degree of 46-48, with white color, good fragrance and pure taste.
