Grinding roller cooling is to reduce the temperature of the roll, the bearing and the grain material. Because corn milling machine converts part of its mechanical energy into heat energy during continuous working, this makes the grinding roller and the material emit heat. Sometimes, the grinding roller surface temperature can reach 60-70˚C, which may easily cause moisture evaporation and condensation. This can affect the screening efficiency. Besides, if the grinding roller temperature is too high, it will make the protein degenerated.
The corn flour or wheat flour is conveyed pneumatically. During the process of the suction of the grinding material, it can effectively cool and dedust the corn milling machine.
During the grinding process, when the GRINDING ROLLER surface has too much material adhered, the grinding roller surface working state will be changed. If we don’t clean the adhered material, then it may easily affect the grinding effect, or cause equipment vibration once serious.
There are lots of factors that can affect corn milling machine technological process. When we have much higher requirement for the end products quality, each grinding system shouldn’t adopt fierce grinding effect. We should keep the grinding roller's roll clearance relaxed and control its flour yield so as to extract more high quality dregs material for the next step of grinding. When the requirement for the end products fineness is low, we can strengthen the grinding effect of each grinding system.
