Corn Polishing Machine Components

Corn polishing machine can process the finished product of corn. Corn polishing machine is mainly composed of feeding device, polishing chamber, discharging device, air draft device, humidifying device, transmission device and rack. The material level device is installed at the bottom of the hopper. No matter the hopper has material or has no material, the hopper will signal to the control cabinet and make the control cabinet start or close water route and gas circuit, and start or stop atomizing towards the polishing chamber. The flow adjustment device adopts whole start and stop spile and microscale adjustment device. We can adjust the flow by opening the whole start and stop spile and adjusting the microscale adjustment device when we start the machine.
 

The polishing chamber consists of two sections of polishing iron roller and four edges of subdivision octagonal and frame. Polishing roller has two kinds of combination: standard mode and special mode. Standard mode refers to the double element rest polishing roller and special mode means the four element rest polishing roller. The standard mode is usually used in whitening and polishing and the special mode is used to strengthen the whitening luster.
 

The humidifying device consists of air compressor, water pump, filter, electromagnetic valve, flowmeter, water and air pipeline and nozzle. The purified water and the compressed air is sprayed into the polishing chamber through hollow shaft and polishing roller by the nozzle and processes the raw material by atomizing , humidifying and polishing.
