Corn Peeling Machine Chassis and Centrifugal Unloader

Besides of the CORN PEELING MACHINE chassis and the power shaft, even the grinding cone which connects with the power shaft and is assorted with the mill with the feeding inlet, should be installed correctly. We can install the clearance adjustment mechanism for the mill and the grinding cone along the axial direction of the power shaft. Then we can adjust corn peeling machine according to grain granularity (such as corn and wheat) so as to meet requirements for different customers.

Corn peeling machine has a feeding pipe on one side of the top of the centrifugal unloader shell. And the upward side of the centrifugal unloader shell has an air duct. One side of the centrifugal unloader shell has the impurities discharging port, on which has the screen. Outside of the screen is the cover board. Under the impurities discharging port is the change-over valve, which connects with the impurities discharging pipe and can remove the dust and other sundries from the grains completely. This design of corn peeling machine has low cost and low energy consumption.
