The air is mainly suctioned from the upward part of the preheating pipe and is heated to 56-60℃ in the preheating pipe. When the air enters into the feed delivery pipe with material, it is heated to about 90℃ to meet the needs of moisture reduction.
Then the cyclone separates the material which is dried from the wet air. The separated material enters into the air separator machine for cooling.
