corn blower.jpgThere are five factors that can affect corn blower technological effect.

1. Corn features can affect corn blower:
The suspension speed difference between light impurities and the corn kernels is the important factor that affects winnowing effect. The larger the difference is, the better the impurities removing effect will be. Besides, light impurities content also affect cleaning efficiency. For the material which contains lots of impurities, we should reduce feeding flow and improve blast capacity.

2. Winnowing cross-section size and air flue height can affect corn blower:
Air flue width determines the quantity and the unit width flow. Proper air flue width should ensure that the airflow can contact material sufficiently and can easily removes light impurities. Air flue thickness can be adjusted within some ranges. By changing the thickness and wind speed, it can meet different separation needs for different sections and different material.

3. The station that material enters into the winnowing equipment can affect CORN BLOWER:
Even and continuous entering for the material can ensure good winnowing efficiency. Therefore, we should pay more attention to feeding efficiency. The speed for the material to enter into the separation area should not be too high and the speed direction should keep horizontal as possible as it can.

4. Wind speed and blast capacity can affect corn blower:
When the air flue size reaches some extend, the blast capacity and the wind speed keeps direct ratio. The larger the blast capacity is, and the higher the wind speed is, the better cleaning efficiency it will have.

5. Quantity of flow can affect corn blower:
The material processing capacity for unit width during unit time means unit flow. Usually the unit flow is not too large. For the winnowing equipment which has models, its unit flow should not be larger than the designed capacity of the equipment, or the material layer in the separation area will be too thick so as to affect cleaning efficiency.
