Hot water pretreatment method by corn deep processing machinery is simple and the cost is low. The water temperature is usually 120-130 degree centigrade. It is used to make the water soluble objects in the corncob sufficiently dissolve out. According to the test, water pretreatment time should be 2 hours. Then the dry matters from the corncob reaches 2%. With the temperature rising and the time extending, the matters which is washed out from the corncob is increasing.
Acid pretreatment by CORN DEEP PROCESSING MACHINERY needs to add some sulfuric acid to the hot water because the corncob is always mixed up with lots of ash and only water treatment cannot reach desired effect. It makes the sulfuric acid concentration reach 0.1, and then can dissolve all of the ash content in the corncob, even under normal temperature and pressure. For example, when the water temperature reaches 1001, due to IX sulfuric acid, the rate for corncob ash dissolution can reach 0.85.
Alkali pretreatment by corn deep processing machinery is mainly used to process the raw material with dark color, such as cotton seed hull. It usually adopts alkali with concentration of 1IX and processes raw material in the 1001 water, which can make the pigment dissolve in the pretreatment liquid in quantity. Therefore, it can reduce activated carbon consumption in hydrolysate decoloration. But this is difficult to realize in industry, because the residual alkali in the material will increase vitriolic consumption in water solution, increase solubility salt in the hydrolysate and cause heavy load of ion exchange.
