The corn flaking mill and flour milling technology for big and medium corn grits extraction usually adopts four sections of milling. First, it is ground by two sections of milling, then is extracted most of the corn germs by 2B flat sieve. The germs contain low content of grains, but has high purity. It can also be changed to extraction in each section. The germs have high grain content, but due to grinding strength lowering, this can prevent thin film fracture of the germs and the fat from penetrating into flour.
The CORN FLAKING MILL AND FLOUR MILLING TECHNOLOGY for small corn grits extraction adopts two sections of flaking mills and 4-5 sections of milling. Two sections of flaking mills process the mixture separated from the corn germ extraction machine and extract most of the germs. The first three sections of milling processes the corn dregs extracted from the corn germ extraction machine and extracts small grits(10W/14W) and the dregs used in making beer(14W/28W). 2B and 3B extract broken germs so as to reduce the fat content in the end products. 4B processes the material from the second flaking mill and the third flaking mill.
To process the germs extracted before milling, we can adopt the first flaking mill for flaking to reduce grain content in the germs and improve the purity of the germs.
