Corn kernel peeler or corn peeler machine can peel the husk of corn kernels. Corn kernel peeler can work as the single machine, or work in the corn cleaning plant or corn milling plant to finish the cleaning section.

Corn kernel peeler working principle:
6FTP-600 series of corn kernel machine uses dry method to peel corn kernel husk. Corn kernel machine is mainly used in corn peeling, wheat peeling, soybean peeling, mung bean peeling, sorghum peeling and other grain peeling. It has motor of 22KW, and can process 1000kg of material per hour at least. It mainly consist of feeding mechanism, screw propeller, peeling chamber, transmission mechanism, collection hopper, discharging device and dust remover.

6FTP-600 series of corn kernel peeler machine utilizes high-speed rotation emery blade for continuous cutting and rubbing to damage the bonding strength between corn and the corn albumen and corn germs. It makes corn kernel cortex gradually separated and then effectively removes corn kernel cortex. Meanwhile, it can make corn germs and the black impurities separated. It has highly efficient air suction chamber inside to collect the corn kernel cortex from peeling process. Corn kernel peeling rate can reach more than 98%, which reaches the highest standard of this industry. 

Corn kernel peeler features：
The dry method peeling technology doesn’t need water. Compared with the wet method, it is more sanitary. 
Excellent peeling performance can remove the moldy corn germs.

By adjusting pressure controller and the feeding port speed, we can control the standing time of corn, wheat and beans in the peeling chamber so as to ensure the emery blade effective friction and better peeling efficiency.
