Single-case plansifter usage:
Before packaging in the grain milling process, single-case plansifter is used in screening and final screening of powdery material, grain bran and medium grinding material and is used in classifying powdery material and coarse wheat flour.

Single-case plansifter features:
FSFC-1×12×100 has small volume, light weight, compact structure and high processing capacity. It can furthest reduce the time for cleaning up.
Single-case Plansifter has metal chest and double-sided plastic coated sieves, self-balancing rotation;
Fine sieves, no leak of flour, simple, reliable and durable device to press sieves tightly;

The Single-case Plansifter is mainly used to sift grade flour and granules in big, medium, small grain processing plants as well as food, wine, chemistry and feed plants.
Single-case plansifter adopts self-balancing rotary device without vertical shaft. The motor , installed in the midway down the sieve body, drives triangular belt pulley to make the weight block rotate, resulting in plane rotation of the sieve body.
